Other Career Experts tell us that "NETWORKING" is the key to an effective job search and landing quickly (within 6 months...my definition).
Yet, I can ask 10 people what their definition of Networking is and I get 9 different answers and typically 1 definition is right on, 6 or 7 have some of the important elements and 1 or 2 are out in left field...no clue!
So, the educator, teacher, trainer, and coach in me wants to help people understand NETWORKING but, more importantly APPLY it in their job search so they can land in their next position more quickly (efficiency and effectiveness).
For the record, please tell me YOUR DEFINITION OF NETWORKING and more importantly HAS IT WORKED FOR YOU IN LANDING JOBS?
