It's tough emotionally, physically, financially and relationally...I know because I spent 18 months in job search myself and it was one of most trying experiences of my life.
If you were to list your TOP 3 challenges in job search today...what would they be?
Mine were:
- Dealing with the emotions of job search;
- Dealing with the financial challenges of an extended job search (greater than 1 year);
- Figuring out how to "differentiate" myself from all the others in search;
